The Deja Residence is located in Bachelor Gulch at Beaver Creek Ski Resort. The primary design challenge was the steepness of the terrain, which prevented entrance to the main level of the house from the front courtyard. In order to create a dramatic entrance to the home at the lowest level, RMT created a grand entrance hall that leads one from the front door to a glorious octagonal stairwell.
